Our universal fan shroud has four molded-in cut lines. You can cut it evenly so the fan is centered in your core or you could cut it offset to one side in case you have to push the shroud to one side or the other. Injection molded, high density polymers that resist temps up to 400 degrees. The full shroud is 27.5 inches long. With some predetermined cut lines, you can get it down to as low as 22 and a half inches, if needed. The fan shroud’s aerodynamic design will help pull air through the whole core as it exhausts through the fan. The thinner design of the shroud allows for the brushless fan to sit close to the core to give us more room in the engine bay. The shroud has molded-in flaps to help exhaust any trapped air as it's moving at highway speed and it helps evenly distribute airflow across the whole core of the radiator.
