Thermal systems built for mission-critical conditions

DeWitts Thermal Solutions designs, builds, and validates cooling systems for military ground vehicles and equipment, from COTS hardware for urgent readiness needs to custom heat-exchanger packages engineered to program requirements. In-house engineering, U.S. manufacturing, and prototype speed measured in days, not quarters.

We've got COTS!

DeWitts supplies U.S.-manufactured aluminum COTS cooling heat exchangers, radiators, complete cooling modules, and electric fan packages as defined in FAR 2.101: commercial products sold in substantial quantities and offered to the Government without modification, at any contract tier. Because every unit is aluminum and manufactured at our Wixom, Michigan facility, our COTS products qualify as domestic end products under the Buy American statute's COTS exception, no domestic-content tracing required.

Capability Overview

Engineering, manufacturing and validation under one roof

Engineering, manufacturing, and validation under one roof. DeWitts supports demanding operating environments with in-house thermal design, CFD/thermal simulation, and complete fabrication including CAB brazing, welding, CNC machining, laser cutting, stamping, molded shrouds, paint, and assembly. Rapid prototyping moves programs from concept to hardware fast. We design and deliver complete cooling packages to your standards on your timeline.

Built In-House

From thermal design to finished assembly

Keeping critical processes in-house gives the DeWitts team tighter control over prototype speed, manufacturing quality, program changes and production consistency.

System-Level Development

More than a radiator. A complete thermal solution.

DeWitts can develop individual heat exchangers or coordinated cooling packages around vehicle and equipment requirements. Packaging, airflow, heat rejection and manufacturing constraints are considered together so the finished components work as a system.
